Q1.What is RLS?
A1.It is a disorder in which people get strange and unpleasant feelings in their legs,which lead to a strong urge to move or jerk them that they find hard to stop or control.

Q2.Do you think someone who 'shake their legs' has RLS? Why?
A2.No because one can shake their legs and stop when they want to.RLS is when we can't seem to control or hard to stop our legs from moving or jerking.

Q3.Have you experienced a sudden twitch while you sleep? Share what you felt at the time.
A3.Yes I had experienced it before.I felt shocked when I twitched suddenly.

Q4.Provide an explanation for the twitching.
A4.One of the possible answers is that as you fall asleep and your muscles relax,your brain gets confused-it misunderstands the relaxation and thinks that you are falling down or losing your balance.=D

A.The explanation that has been offered is that the ancestors of human beings were primates (the animal family that includes apes and monkeys,) and that slept in trees to stay safe from predators. Because of this, they needed a reflex-or automatic response -that would stop them from falling out of the tree while asleep. We may have inherited their sleep twitches.
