Q:What is RLS?

A:RLS is Restless legs syndrome.This is a disorder in which people get strange and unpleasant feelings in their legs,which lead to a strong urge to move or jerk them that they find hard to stop or control. It usually happens when they are resting or falling off to sleep. It is a little like the sleep twitches, but far worse because it can make it hard to fall or stay asleep. People who have RLS describe the unpleasant feelings as creeping,crawling,pulling,itching,tingling,burning,aching or electric shocks. Sometimes, the feelings also occur in the arms.


Q:Do you think someone who shakes their legs has RLS? Y?

A:No. Someone who have RlS will have the unpleasant feelings as creeping,crawling,pulling,itching,tingling,burning,aching or electric shocks. Sometimes, the feelings also occur in the arms.

Q:Have you experience a sudden twitch while you sleep? Share what you felt @ the time(if any).

A:I don't know....Sorry...

Q: Provide an explanation for the twithching.

A: Like your eyebrows are going up and down...Like bouncing??
